Rental Information
To reserve your event date, first call or email Lady Belgium Chocolate Fountains to check date availability. Please call or text Jenny Blake at 513-594-0282 or send an email.
Once your date has been confirmed, Lady Belgium will send an invoice for the deposit to your email. Simply follow the link to pay via PayPal with a credit card. (PayPal account not required.)
** PLEASE NOTE: For all packages, deposits must be received at least 2 weeks before the event or a $50 fee will be applied for expedited chocolate delivery. We use only the finest chocolate from Sephra and need time for it to be ordered and received.**

All-Inclusive Package

- 6" Wooden Skewers
- Small White Styrofoam Plates & White Napkins
- 7 Dippers: strawberries, pineapple, cream puffs, rice krispy treats, pretzel rods, marshmallows, wafer cookies
- Dippers are displayed in glass platters and bowls
- Client or venue provides sturdy, covered table near electric outlet

Option B: Sephra Pure Belgian Chocolate - Imported from Belgium, this finest-quality chocolate has the most intense aroma and richest flavor, for the true chocolate connoisseur! Our Belgian chocolate is gluten-free and Kosher Dairy approved. No oil needed. Dark chocolate is 61.9% cocoa, and milk is 38.7% cocoa. Additional Options
The following are additional services and options for your fountain rental.
• Additional rental time:
The chocolate fountain may be rented for additional half-hour increments, if the Lady Belgium Chocolate attendant is available to stay longer at your event.
Additional rental time will be billed at $30 per 1/2 hour for attended events, or $30 per hour for the caterer's package.
Additional time may be arranged in advance, or at your event. (The attendant will not add additional time without approval from the client.)
• Additional chocolate:
If you have more than 200 guests, or the chocolate fountain starts running low at your event, additional chocolate may be purchased. Prices are as follows:
- Belgium Chocolate - $40 per 2 lbs.
- Premium Fondue Chocolate - $30 per 2 lbs.
Two pounds of chocolate will serve about 20 additional guests.
• Wind/Bug Guard
$200 fee. Required for outdoor use of the chocolate fountain. The Wind/Bug Guard protects your guests from chocolate splatters and keeps insects out of the chocolate fountain. You'll find that other chocolate fountain companies will refuse to use the fountain outdoors...not with Lady Belgium Chocolate Fountains! Our Wind/Bug Guard has you covered for outdoor events.
• Transportation fee:
For venues located more than 20 miles and up to 50 miles maximum from Middletown, Ohio, a $35 fee will be assessed. An additional fee will apply for distances over 50 miles (to be determined based on distance). Distances will be determined by Lady Belgium Chocolate Fountains.
